  • Direct Primary Care is a healthcare model that allows patients to have a direct relationship with their physician for a flat, affordable membership fee. By removing the complexities of insurance billing, we can focus on what matters most: you and your health.

  • No, we do not accept health insurance. Our model is designed to be simple and affordable without the need for insurance. This allows us to keep our prices low and transparent, with no surprise bills or co-pays.

  • We can treat a wide range of common urgent and chronic conditions, including colds and flu, sinus infections, allergies, rashes, UTIs, and manage ongoing conditions like hypertension and diabetes. We also provide specialized care such as Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT). Telemedicine is not suitable for life-threatening emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency room.

  • If your doctor determines a prescription is necessary, it will be sent electronically to a pharmacy of your choice. We are able to prescribe a wide range of medications, including controlled substances for specific, evidence-based treatments like Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), following a comprehensive evaluation and in compliance with all state and federal regulations.

  • Our monthly membership is flexible with no long-term commitment. To cancel, simply contact our support team directly via email or phone, and we will be happy to assist you. The cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will retain access to our services until then.

  • Absolutely. We use a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform for all our patient communications and medical records. Your privacy and the security of your information are our top priorities.
